• Email address — if provided during payment (via Helio/MoonPay)
• Payment information — processed by Helio; we do not store card numbers or wallet private keys
• Subscription status — active, pending, expired

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Your wallet address or private keys
• Your trading history or portfolio
• IP addresses or device fingerprints
• Location data

3. How We Use Your Data

• Managing your Telegram channel access
• Processing subscription renewals
• Sending account-related notifications (renewal reminders, service updates)

We do NOT sell, share, or trade your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

• Telegram — message delivery
• Helio / MoonPay — payment processing
• X (Twitter) — public content delivery

Each service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.

5. Data Retention

• Subscription data: retained while your account is active + 90 days after cancellation
• Payment records: retained for 12 months for accounting purposes
• After retention periods, data is permanently deleted

6. Your Rights

You may request to:

• Access your stored data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Export your data in a portable format
