1. What This Document Covers

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sovereign Signal, a subscription-based Solana on-chain intelligence service. By subscribing to or using Sovereign Signal — including our Telegram channel, X (@SvrgnSignal) posts, and any related tools — you agree to these Terms.

2. This Is NOT Financial Advice

Sovereign Signal provides on-chain data analysis and market intelligence. It does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals intended as personal financial guidance.

• All content is for informational and educational purposes only
• Nothing we publish constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset
• Past performance (including backtested results) does not guarantee future returns
• Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions

3. Service Description

Paid Tier (Telegram Premium): Real-time on-chain intelligence alerts via private Telegram channel. Includes breakout signals, whale movement alerts, bounce detection, daily briefings, and managed exit tracking.

Free Tier (X/Twitter): Delayed market updates and signal summaries posted to @SvrgnSignal. Typically delayed 30-60 minutes from the original alert.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Helio (MoonPay Commerce)
• Payment accepted in cryptocurrency (SOL, USDC) and fiat via supported methods
• Founding members who subscribe during the initial launch lock their rate at $29/month for life
• Prices may increase for new subscribers after founding slots are filled

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the founding rate is NOT guaranteed

6. 7-Day Trial

If offered, trial access is limited to 7 days. You will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it expires.

7. Member Cap & Content Restrictions

• Sovereign Signal enforces a hard cap of 200 members to protect signal edge
• You may NOT redistribute, screenshot for public sharing, or resell any Telegram Premium content
• Violation results in immediate termination without refund

8. Service Availability

We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Alerts depend on external data sources (blockchain RPCs, APIs) that may experience outages beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOVEREIGN SIGNAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the most recent 3 months of subscription.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram at least 7 days before taking effect.
